As you will know by now, I am a big believer in super-charging progress by experimenting with skills, strategies and insights, beyond the four walls of the therapy room.

I am Catharina, a counselling psychologist, life-coach and mum to 3 teens.
A few of my favourite things are diversity, bush walking, turquoise, the night sky, big cups of tea. I also love to keep up with all things psychology, especially ACT, CFT and neuroscience.
It’s not a favourite thing, but I am quite enjoying growing older too. The freedom of speaking up; caring less about being liked. Not feeling obliged to explain things, like why I don’t eat meat.
During “normal” times I run two small private practices, workshops, and walk and talk therapy sessions.
